产品简述Ginsenoside Rg6 inhibits the proliferation and induces apoptosis of human lymphoma JK cells
-
产品描述Ginsenoside Rg6 inhibits the proliferation and induces apoptosis of human lymphoma JK cells(In Vitro):Ginsenoside Rg6 may inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of human lymphoma JK cells through mitochondrial dysfunction and increased Bax expression and decreased Bcl-2 expression. In addition, ginsenoside Rg6 can also inhibit the transcriptional activity of NF-κB induced by TNF-α in SK-Hep1 cells with IC50 of 25uM.
